TAP teamed up with Studio Dearborn owner, Sarah Robertson on her own home to renovate many of the interior spaces as well as increasing the curb appeal. 

The open floor concept on the first floor provides for better family interaction. Studio Dearborn redesigned the enlarged open kitchen into a magnificent area. The two existing roof decks on the second floor were converted into a Master Bathroom and a Home office. 

The spaces added functionality to the home in lieu of the abandoned roof deck spaces.  The existing rear deck was enlarged to create a large exterior area for entertainment with privacy screening.
