Existing rectory space and previous convent converted to priest housing. Upgrading the facilities incorporated renovations including a multitude of work such as ADA accessible suites and toilet facilities for the parishioners. The bathrooms included all new finishes, fixtures, lighting and accessories.

The existing Rectory housed an abandoned convent space on the approximately 2,400 square foot second floor. The individual convent rooms were converted to four units. The existing 240 square foot kitchen on the first floor was renovated to provide a more functional and aesthetically pleasing space accommodating the new use patterns.
